Carl is survived by His wife Oxana; his step-son Leo; his children David and Jillian, and their mother Barbara; his grandson Hunter; his nieces Tammy, Carol, and Gail; and his nephew Tim.
Carl is preceded in death by his parents David Carl Dickey Jr. and Chloe Betty Dickey; and his sister Dee-Dee Bourne.
Carl graduated from St. Andrews High School. He served proudly in the United States Navy for 24 years and retired with the rank of Chief Petty Officer. Carl was a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend.
All services held for Carl will be private.
