Cecilio was born on December 9, 1959 to the late Francisca Hernandez and Julian Campos in San Salvador .
He is survived by Spouse, Luz Melgar, Grandchildren, Alize and James, Sons, Yovanni and Julio, Brothers, Sisters, Nieces and Nephews, and other Family and Friends.
He is preceded in death by Mother, Francisca, Father, Julian, and Brother, Mario.
A Visitation will be held on October 16, 2020 at 1pm to 3pm, at Carolina Memorial Park, 7113 Rivers Ave, North Charleston, SC 29406. The Funeral Service will follow in the Carolina Memorial Chapel from 3pm to 4pm. The burial will follow from 4pm at Carolina Memorial Gardens.
