Christain Arron Zey

Christian was born on June 1, 2005 to his loving parents, Sharon and George Hodge. He was a student at Flowertown Elementary School and just graduated the third grade on the A/B honor roll. He was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church and was involved in the children’s ministry. He was awarded Team Kid of the year for four years in a row. He loved Pokemon, Angry Birds, wrestling, video games, swimming and Mt. Dew. He loved all animals and especially his beagle, Molly who passed with him. He was full of life and enjoyed spending time with his family and especially his older brother, Dustin and Aunt Karen.

He is survived by his brother, Dustin Thomas Zey; step-brother, Pete Hodge (Tina); grandparents, John Paul Carson, Jr. (Renee) and Judy Carson (Jack); his aunts, Karen Galloway (Mike), Hillary Bowers (Jack), Tessa Baxter, Maryalice Mamaril (Marvin) and numerous cousins, Amber (Jason), Brandon, Phoebe, Gracie, Lucas and McKayla. He is also survived by his special friends, Kayden, Tara Elise, and Chris.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 8, 2014 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. in Carolina Memorial Funeral Home. The service will be held on Monday, June 9, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in Cornerstone Baptist Church with burial to follow in Carolina Memorial Park.
