Cora Thomas

Relatives and friends of Cora Thomas are invited to attend her Funeral Service at 1:00 PM, Sunday, February 16, 2025, at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home, 7113 Rivers Ave., North Charleston, SC 29406. Burial will follow in Whispering Pines Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until the time of service on Sunday.

Cora was born in Charleston, South Carolina, on August 25, 1935. She was the daughter of William J. White and Eva E. Beckett.

Cora is survived by her husband, Robert E. Thomas; sons, Tommy Blackwood and Raymond Simpson, Jr. (Tammy); daughter, Barbara A. Ayers (Brian); her brother, James E. White; sisters, Brenda F. Brinson and Linda G. Johnson (Johnny). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers; William J. White, Jr. and Austin N. White and her sister, Helen A. Birr.
