Courtney is survived by daughter Alleyia Isabell Bailey; son Kameron Lee Bailey; father of her children, Alex L. Bailey; mother and stepfather, Cheryl Ann & Thomas M. Ryan; father, Charles A. Kinner Jr. and stepmother, Teresa Kinner; brother, Charles A Kinner, III and wife, Brooke Kinner; step sisters, Kelly Coley, Rebecca Collette and Brandy Sutherland and step brother, Joshua Dowdy.
Courtney received her GED and loved fairies. She was a delight to everyone she met. She will be missed by her family & friends and touched all our lives. May she rest in peace; she is with God now! We love you very much.
