Debra White Burbage

Visitation will be from 2:00-4:00 pm Saturday July 25, 2026 at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home located at 7113 Rivers Ave, North Charleston, SC.

Debbie was born in Darlington, SC to George B. White “Hamburger” on January 24, 1960. She was raised by Mr. and Mrs. B.E Brown of Ravenel, SC. She married Stephen R. Burbage on July 29, 1977 in Ravenel, SC. She worked as a private in home caretaker and in the restaurant business as an assistant manager of a Greek restaurant.

Debbie is preceded in death by husband; Stephen Burbage, brothers; Eddie Brown, Joseph White (Yvonne) and Pete Braddock, sisters; Lill Hady (Jim), Betty Williamson (Larry) and Shirley Edwards (Benny).

Debbie is survived by son; Josh Burbage (Melissa “Mo”), daughter; Stephanie “Tootie” Burbage, special daughter; Rachel Carrillo (Roxy), brothers; George White and Roy Braddock (Mary), sister; Bertie Malone (Mark), special sister; Anita Jordan (late husband Allen), granddaughters; Joshalyn Burbage, Carmen Herron, Payton Way and Lily-Rose Murray, grandson; JB “Skibo” Burbage, special grandchildren; Erick Darnell Sanders, Claudia Carrillo, Kayden Darnell and Tommy Ceja, great granddaughter; Alora Johnson, great grandsons; Finnley Johnson and Weston Burbage. Her special love; Harry Spencer.

Debbie enjoyed spending time with family and friends and was passionate about cooking. She will be remembered for her loving heart, dedication to family, sense of humor, and feisty spirit. Her willingness to help others in need leaves a lasting impression on everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

The family extends their heartfelt appreciation to all those who have offered condolences and support during this difficult time. Your kindness has been a great source of comfort. Debbie will be forever cherished and lovingly remembered by her family and friends.
