Debra Lynn “Debbie” Turner, 58, of Hanahan passed away on March 24, 2015 surrounded by her family. Debbie was born on July 6, 1956 in Charleston to Nira and Delbert Rudd. She is survived by her sister, Patricia Williamson; her brother, James Harvey; five nieces, Kimberly Williamson, Tawnya Weatherford, Brandi Rabon, DeAnna Payne and Tangela; three nephews, Timmy, Tommy and Michael. She is also survived by numerous great-nieces and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Kathy Harvey Gilmore. Visitation will take place on Sunday, March 29, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in Carolina memorial Funeral Home. The funeral service for Debbie will take place on Sunday, March 29, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. in Carolina Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow immediately after the service in Carolina Memorial Gardens.
