Ms. Doris R Israel

Doris was born on November 8, 1934 in North Charleston, SC. Doris is preceded in death by her loving husband of 61 years, Roy H Israel, her parents, Michael M Rhode and Rachel Zula (Hill) Rhode, her brother, Michael M Rhode and her Son In Law, Al Hendricks.

Doris was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and a retired school secretary at Midland Park Elementary.

Doris R Israel is survived by her son Roy (Kelley) Israel; three daughters Debbie Hendricks, Karen (David) Cox, Stephanie (Jimmy) Allen. Doris is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, Mandy (Kevin), Tina, Amber (Laszlo) Crystal (Jeremy), David, Micah, Tabetha, Hailey (Kyle), Regen, Joseph, Tyler, Heather (Donald) and Hunter (Kia); nine great grandchildren and her sister Margaret (David) Singleton.

The family will receive friends at Carolina Memorial Park, Funerals & Cremation located at 7113 Rivers Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29406 on Friday from 11:00am until 12:00pm. A memorial service will follow immediately in the funeral home chapel.
