He was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin L. and Bessie C. Webb, and nephew, John A. Webb. He is survived by his brother and wife, Marvin "David" and "Missy" Webb; nephew Matthew D. Webb, his wife Korin, and sons James and Emrys; niece, LeighAnne Webb and her daughter Jade Amelia. James and Brenda Gonnella and daughter Michaela.
A visitation will be held at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home, 7113 Rivers Ave, North Charleston, SC 29406, Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 12:00 noon with a chapel service to follow immediately after. Douglas will be laid to rest at Carolina Memorial Park.
