Edward D. Kennedy, 87, of North Charleston, S.C. passed away peacefully on Friday, October 9, 2015. He was retired from Coast Sheet Metal and was former owner/operator of Kennedy’s Heating and Air. His wife, Ruby Kennedy and his daughter, Sandra “Sissy” Kennedy, predecease him. He will be missed by his children, Linda Thomas, Donna Welch, Debbie Kennedy, Jerry Kennedy (Kathy), Terry Kennedy (Leesa) and Cheri Kennedy, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Edward was a member of Pittman Street Baptist Church. When not working, he enjoyed cooking, gardening, going to gospel singings and napping while reading the newspaper.
