Eleanor Attaway Fuller

Eleanor Attaway Fuller, widow of Frederick Thomas Fuller, Ashborough, Summerville, died this Saturday, May 5, 2018. The funeral will be Saturday May 12, 2018 at 11 am at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be Friday May 11, 2018 from 6 pm to 8 pm at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home. Mrs. Fuller was born February 26. 1936, daughter of the late H. Harrison Attaway and Mamie Pledger Attaway. Her father was the first chairman of the North Charleston Public Service Commission, the prime governing body when the area was incorporated. She graduated from North Charleston High School, a member of midland Park United Methodist Church. Served as a Board of Director for 22 years on the Ashborough Civic Association Board.

She is survived by her dedicated and loving niece Susan Myers Richmond (Michael) and daughter Ellen Fuller Gibbs (Billy), grandchildren Trevor William Gibbs and Emily Kristin Gibbs all of Summerville.

She was predeceased by two brothers Carl E. Attaway and Lt. Colonel Hubert H. Attaway, two sisters Janie Attaway Knight (Earl) and Betty Attaway Myers (Charles).
