Elmer is survived by wife, Sylvia Rogers; children: Mike Rogers (Missy), James Dorman, Nicole E. (Dan).; Grandchildren: Zachary E., Peyton E., and Delaney E.; brothers: Ted Rogers and Steve Rogers. He is predeceased by his father and mother, Berry and Barbara Rogers, as well as his sister, Janice Krieg.
A memorial visitation will be held for Elmer at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home on Saturday, March 9, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, followed by a celebration of life memorial service at carolina memorial funeral home chapel at 1:00 PM.
