Frances Mae Horne Fuller, age 96, of North Charleston, passed away on Saturday, September 27, 2025. Frances was born in Charleston, SC on September 1, 1929 to parents John Horne and Pearl Mae Thomas Horne.
A visitation will be held to honor Ms. Frances Fuller at Midland Park United Methodist Church, located at 2301 Midland Park Rd, North Charleston, SC 29406, on Thursday, October 2, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A celebration of life service will follow immediately after at 11:00 AM at Midland Park United Methodist Church. Ms. Frances Fuller will be laid to rest thereafter at Carolina Memorial Gardens, located at 7113 Rivers Ave., North Charleston, SC 29406. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the church.
