Irene Catherine Russ, age 71, of North Charleston, South Carolina passed away on Thursday, November 18, 2021. Irene was born December 12, 1949 in Baltimore, Maryland to Mildred Catherine Cole and William Wilson Laws.
Irene is survived by her nieces Lisa Whittaker and Chrissy; her nephew Billy Cummings; her step son Troy Carrigg; her brother Donald Laws, and her sister in-law Robin Buriss.
Irene was an avid animal lover who deeply cared about her family and the ones close to her. Irene was a veteran who served in the United States Navy.
