"Ray" was born on September 30, 1941 in Willmington NC. He enjoyed fishing and "tinkering" with woodwork . He loved his Boxer dog "Blue." He loved to hang out at the Waffle House on Highway 17 and was there as a regular most days. Ray worked for more than 40 years with Charleston County Planning as a Planning Technician. He was of the Baptist Faith. He is survived by his sisters: Barbara and Joyce (Johnny); brother: Ronnie (Ruth); and many other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his sister: Gloria.
