On January 15th 2022, God decided that he needed Jesse and therefore he passed away without warning. Jesse’s death has left all his children, family, friends, and all that had the blessing of knowing him in absolute turmoil.
Jesse poured his heart and soul into his love and compassion for his friends and family. There truly wasn’t anything that Jesse couldn’t do. Jesse touched everybody’s lives and made it a point to make all those he encountered feel so important and special. He showed up when it mattered, had your back, gave to those in need, and would defend and stand up for his loved ones should the need for it arise. He kept us safe.
Jesse is survived by his wife Cynthia Dawsey, his Father Kim Dawsey, his stepmother Kimberly Dawsey his three children: his only son Christopher Dawsey and two daughters Anastasia and Kaitlyn Dawsey, his sister Jamie Dawsey, brothers Jake Dawsey and David Phelps, grandparents, John & Jacqueline Dawsey, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces, and his beloved bearded Dagon Diablo.
“You never said I’m leaving, you never said goodbye. You were gone before we knew it, and only God knew why. A million times we needed you, a million times we cried. If love alone could have saved you, you never would have died. In life we loved you dearly; in death we love you still. In our hearts you hold a place that no one could ever fill. It broke our hearts to lose you, but you didn’t go alone. For part of us went with you, the day God took you home.” Author Unknown.
