Born on March 6, 1939 in San Benito, TX, Tony was the son of the late Jose A. Pena and Sara Argullin Pena.
In addition to the US Navy, Tony was also a retiree of the Civil Service. He was a founder of the family business, Access Portable Toilets. Tony was a great husband, father and friend to all. He was loved by everyone.
In addition to his loving wife of 50 years, Jo Anne, Tony is survived by sons, John Chapman and wife Bretta and Aaron Pena; daughter, Saliz Pena Wilson and husband Jon; grandchildren, Morgan, Aimee, Kenniston, London and Aaron and great grandchildren, Marlow, Cru and Fallon.
A memorial service for Tony will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at Carolina Memorial Park, Funerals & Cremations located at 7113 Rivers Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29406. 843-797-2222.
