Relatives and friends of Jeff Fowler are invited to attend his Funeral Service at 2:30 PM, Saturday, December 13, 2025, at the graveside, Carolina Memorial Gardens, 7113 Rivers Ave., North Charleston, SC 29406. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at the funeral home on Saturday.
Jeff was born in Spartanburg, South Carolina, on July 16, 1971. He was the son of Julius Elvin Fowler and Annie Louise Fowler.
He is survived by his son, Landon Ray Fowler; his sister, Angela Green (David); his nieces, Taylor Russell (Ronnie), Morgan Bouknight (Cody), Megan Fuller (Ben); great nephew, Rowan Julius Russell; great nieces, Lilah Sue Bouknight and Lucy Ray Bouknight, as well as his girlfriend of 17 years, Kristie Benton. He was predeceased by his parents; his nephew, Dylan Ray Green as well as several uncles, aunts and cousins.
