Kathy was born on October 23, 1956 to Ira Franklin Graham and Emma Kathleen Graham, in Charleston, SC. Kathy was a devoted Mother, Grandmother, and Sister.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Ira & Emma Graham; her sister, Sylvia Eaddy and her grandson, Rowen Fernandez.
She is survived by her brother, Franklin Graham; her sister, Sandra Zeigler; and her brother, John Graham. She is also survived by her two children, Amy Johnston (Forrest) and Graham Fernandez; as well as 7 of her grandchildren: Tyler Fernandez and Karis, Fox, Zac, Caden, Barrett and Ashleigh Johnston.
Her celebration of life will be Saturday, December 27th 2025 at Carolina Memorial Park, 7113 Rivers Avenue, North Charleston, SC, 29406. Visitation starting at 2:00pm with graveside service to follow at 3:00pm.
