Marion Jackson Yon Jr., age 93, of Charleston, South Carolina passed away on Tuesday, December 19, 2023. Marion was born on August 1, 1930 in Charleston, SC to the late Marion Jackson Yon Sr. and Rose Marie Jeffcoat Yon.
Marion is survived by his sons Marion Jackson Yon III and Randy Edward Yon; 9 grandchildren; and 21 grandchildren.
In addition to his parents Marion is preceded in death by his loving wife Ellen Yon; his daughters Rhonda Marie Hair and Rise Carter; and 2 grandchildren.
A memorial service will take place at St. Andrews Episcopal Church on Friday January 12, 2024 at 12:00 pm, burial will follow in the church cemtery.
