Mark Brian Weathers

Mark Brian Weathers passed away on February 22, 2026, at the age of 73, in The Villages, Florida of pancreatic cancer. Mark was born in Memphis, TN to Carolyn Mae Weathers and John Louis Weathers and attended North Carolina State University, where he studied electrical and mechanical engineering.

Mark’s engineering career spanned over 30 years and was highlighted by the design and maintenance of Mojonnier Beverage Processors for the beverage industry, located in Goose Creek, SC; Plano, TX; and Streetsboro, OH.

Family was very important to Mark and he was blessed with a large family. He grew up enjoying summers with his uncles and cousins in Indiana.

Mark is preceded in death by his father, John Louis Weathers; his aunt, Beverly Riley; and his uncles, Owen Weathers, Jack Miller, Gary Miller, Terry Miller, Charles Miller, and Gene Miller

Mark is survived by his wife, Carolyn Louise Weathers; mother, Carolyn Mae Weathers; daughters, Devon Elizabeth Kerley and Michael of Livingston, MT, Amy Ford and Jason of Summerville, SC, and Melissa Roe of Orangeburg, SC; son, Jeffrey Edgmon of Cape Canaveral, FL; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; aunts and uncles, David & Bonnie Weathers of Washington, IN, Betty and Orville McDonald of Clemson, SC, John and Ingrid Miller of Charlotte, NC, Jerry & Kathy Miller of Bedford, IN, Robert Miller of Oatsville, IN, and Dan & Sabrina Miller of Petersburg, IN. He is also survived by many cousins and other relatives located in South Carolina, Indiana, North Carolina, and other areas.

The family of Mark Weather will receive visitors at 11:00 am on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home, 7113 Rivers Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29406.

Burial will immediately follow at 12 noon at Carolina Memorial Gardens.
