Martha Elizabeth Meynardie Bright

Relatives and friends of Martha Bright are invited to attend her visitation from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM, Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home, 7113 Rivers Ave., North Charleston, SC 29406.

Martha was born in Charleston, South Carolina on July 4, 1949. She was the daughter of Albert and Doris Meynardie.

Martha loved animals but especially dogs. She would have rescued every dog if she could have. She worked for many different companies throughout her lifetime.

Martha is survived by her husband, Terry Bright, Sr.; 3 sons, Terry Jr. and his wife, Serena, Tommy and his wife, Christina and Ted and his wife, Melanie; grandchildren, Katelyn, Trey, Ethan, Teri Lynn and Michael and his fiancé, Claudia; great grandchildren, Athena and Olliver; siblings, Jerrie Martin (Sandy), Albert Meynardie , Michael Meynardie (Theresa), George Meynardie (Khristi Campbell), and John Meynardie (Leysa), as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her parents, Albert Sr. and Doris Meynardie and her sister, Doris Bonfoey.
