Mrs. Mary J McAllister

Mary Ann McAllister 83 entered into enteral rest October 5, 2014 at her residence surrounded by her family. Born October 3, 1931 in Jamestown, NY to the late Sabastian Joseph and Edith Marie Modica Galati.

Mary Ann enjoyed her ministry for 15 years with the Bread Basket with Cathedral of Praise Church, cross words puzzles, an avid reader, a very good cook, and a great home maker. She loved her family, grandchildren, friends and will be missed by all that knew her.

Mary Ann is survived by her husband of 47 years, Jimmy McAllister, children; Ronald (Linda Ann) Johnson, Linda Marie (Edward) Whiteley, Robert James McAllister, Samuel (Wendy Marie) McAllister, grandchildren; Bridget Ann Falosk, Shilo Ryan Falosk, Amber Renee McAllister, Samantha Reighn McAllister, Angel Marie Williams, and 3 great grandchildren.

Mary Ann is preceded in death by one daughter; Karen Joy Johnson.

The family will receive friends this evening from 6-8 PM at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home.

Funeral service for Mary Ann will be held 12 Noon Wednesday, October 8, 2014 in the chapel of Carolina Memorial Funeral Home officiated by Pastor Bob Wyatt (Cathedral of Praise Church).Interment will follow in Carolina Memorial Park.
