

Mr. Fuller was born in Casper, Wyoming, on July 1, 1931, son of the late Clarence William and Elsie Hayes Fuller. He attended East High School in Denver, Colorado, and enlisted in the US Navy in September 1948. Mr. Fuller attained the rank of commander before retiring from the Navy in 1972. After leaving the Navy, he managed a Charleston area materials handling business until 1991.
Following retirement, he was active in the Evanston Estates Civic Club, and served on the Board of Commissioners for the North Charleston Housing Authority. He was a member of the Charleston Rifle Club.
Milo is reunited with his beloved wife of 73 years, Shirley M. Fuller, and is survived by his two daughters, Nancy Tassin (Kenny), and Tiffany Way. He will be fondly remembered by his four grandchildren: William Davidson (Allison), Thomas Way (Tommy), Emily Scolaro (Bill) and Amanda Addy (Jeremy); as well as his three great-grandchildren: Darby Davidson, Eloise Scolaro, and Milo Scolaro. A private interment will be held at Carolina Memorial Gardens. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
