Patrichia was born on December 12, 1950, to Edward Gilman Baker and Mary Catherine Smith in Lake City, South Carolina.
Patrichia is preceded in death by her parents, Edward Gilman Baker and Mary Catherine Smith; stepfather, Timothy Smith; brother Bob Baker.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Fred C. Plunkett; daughters, Cassandra Plunkett and Felicia Carman and husband, Ryan Carman; sisters, Barbara Daniels, Sue George, Gloria Gaskins, Carolyn Muckenfuss, and Mary Frances Borlaw; brother, Billy Baker; and a host of additional family and friends to cherish her memory.
