Peter was born in Ceiba, Puerto Rico. He married Anne Arigo on June 12, 1993, in Charleston, SC. He worked as an IT Specialist involving information security with the Department of Navy and received many certificates, awards, and achievements.
Peter is preceded in death by his parents, Sarah Arigo and Manuel Arigo.
Peter is loved and survived by Anne Arigo; his three children, Mikaela, Mason, and Marissa Arig; as well as his sister, Stephanie Martinez and John Arigo.
Memorials may be given to AFSP South Carolina.
