Mrs. Ruth F Morris

Ruth Fairey Morris, 96, passed away August 5, 2014. A private graveside service will be held at a later date. Ruth was born July 2, 1918 in Branchville, SC to the late Kisler Frederick Fairey and Annie Lucille White Fairey. She retired from the Charleston Naval Shipyard 6th naval district printing. Ruth was also a member of Asbury St. James Methodist Church. She is survived by her son: James “Jimmie” Teasley and his wife Cathy of Charleston, SC, granddaughter: Teena T. Gainey (Donny), step granddaughters: Dawn Swalhah (Tony), Dana Ambrose, and Deanna Edwards (Kevin), 3 great grandchildren and 6 step grandchildren, sisters: Mrs. Neil Toole, Mrs. Sarah Diggs and Mrs. Miriam Fisk. She was predeceased by her 2 brothers: James Fairey and Keith Fairey and her sister: Dorothy Fairey.
