Sharon Ann Verch

Sharon was the daughter of the late Wilbur Grover and ImaBelle Freeman. Also, her late stepfather Wilbur Pfalxgraff.

Sharon is preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Gene F. Verch, Sr. and her son Gene F. Verch, Jr.

She is survived by one brother: Willie Pfalxgraff of Tillamoak, OR ; her daughter: Susan Bannish (Sheldon) of Summerville, SC; her son: Brian K. Verch (Amanda) of Goose Creek, SC. Also by her 6 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and her beloved Bassett “Molly”.

Mr. and Mrs verch were married 59 years. Gene was retired from the United states Navy, he was a hard worker and liked making knives in his spare time. Gene also enjoyed cooking on the grill. Together they had 3 children who they adored. Sharon liked playing Nintendo, sewing, cooking, and baking. Things they both shared a passion for were playing Wii Bowling and the urge to always help other people.

Her family wishes to thank Intrepid Hospice for the care they gave her and the family.

There will be a memorial service held for at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home 7113 Rivers Avenue North Charleston, SC 29406 on December 26, 2021 at 11:00.
