Sharon Ann Wright, 68, of Summerville entered into eternal rest on July 2, 2015. Sharon was born February 17, 1947 in Grundy County, Illinois to Versal and Margaret Platt. Sharon worked for Hodge Grocery in Jedburg, she loved to travel, bake and spend time with her family and friends. Sharon is a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend she will be greatly missed. Sharon is survived by her husband of 42 years, Jack Wright and her children Danny Lee Wright (Vickie), Raymond James Wright (April), and Jacquelin Wright Sweat (Marty), 9 Grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren all in Summerville, SC. She is also survived by her sister Mary Broderick (Jerry) of Morris Illinois, Brother Versal Platt Jr. (Patricia) of Newark Illinois, and Brother Timothy Platt (Betty) of Sheridan Illinois, 18 nieces and nephews. Her parents Versal and Margaret Platt, Sister Donna Knop, and Nephew Aaron Platt predeceased her. A memorial service for Sharon will be held Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at Carolina Memorial at 7113 Rivers Avenue North Charleston SC, 29406.
