Born in Winchester, VA, on March 23, 1991, Taylor was the daughter of Terry Hess and Susan Belding Hess. She was a loving daughter and sister.
In addition to her parents Taylor is survived by sister, Kristen Hess; niece Mckenna Cush, nephew, Parker Kuijf; grandparent, Grampie (David), Gramie (Sharon) and Grandpa (Robert); aunt, Robin (Jim); uncle, Rick (Wanda) and several cousins.
Taylor was preceded in death by, Mamaw (JoAnne) and Papaw (Bill).
Friends and relatives are invited to the visitation from 1:00pm until 2:00pm on Sunday, February 7, 2021 at Carolina Memorial Park, Funerals & Cremation located at 7113 Rivers Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29406. 843-797-2222. Taylor’s funeral service will follow immediately in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be at Carolina Memorial Park.
