Thomas "Tom" Willard Willis

Thomas "Tom" "Dunky" Willard Willis, age 82, of Hanahan, South Carolina passed away on Sunday, October 23, 2022. Thomas was born in Charleston, South Carolina on January 1, 1940 to William Edward Willis and Mary Blanche Strickland Willis.

Tom is survived by his loving wife Debra "Debbie Gail Willis; his children Wilson Willis, Renee Osborne (Rudy), Lisa Self (Shane), Thomas Adams (Melissa), and David Adams; his brother Wayne Willis (Joanne); his sister Joyce Frisbee; and many grand and great grandchildren.

Tom was preceded in death by his daughter Julie Willis and his siblings Mary Willis, James Willis, Glorianne Waters, and Charles Willis.

Tom was a selfless person who always put others first and loved helping others. He was a great father and loved spending time with his family. In his free time, he loved to fish and be outdoors. Tom was a Mason for 50 years at the Hammerton lodge in North Charleston, South Carolina.

A visitation for Tom will be held at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home on Thursday October 27, 2022 at 11:00 am with a funeral service to follow at 12:00 pm. Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Gardens. 7113 Rivers Avenue, North Charleston, South Carolina 29406.
