Vicky was born in James Island to George and Lily Robertson on December 25, 1951. She graduated from James Island High School. She married Joe Taylor on September 5 1987. She retired from the Naval Weapons Station where she worked as a security specialist. After retirement she worked as a dealer transfer driver and a full time Nana.
Vicky was preceded in death by her parents George and Lillian Robertson.
Vicky is survived by her husband of 31 years Joseph Taylor, Son JR (Colleen) Walker, 5 Grandchildren and a large extended family.
