Wallace Guy

A private Memorial Service will be held in his honor.

Wallace was born on May 27, 1933, in Magnolia, Mississippi to Edgar Conway Guy and Ines Nevele. He spent his early years in Magnolia before his family moved to Charleston, SC when he was 10 years old.

He married Helen Delores Deas on September 4, 1955, in Charleston, SC. They shared a beautiful marriage spanning 65 years.

Wallace proudly served in the United States Air Force as a Tech Seargeant. After retirement, he worked in Civil Service as a Firefighter for 20 years.

He loved doing yard work, watching FOX News, Western movies, and his dogs, Apollo and Bonnie. Wallace was always sure to share his opinion with you.

He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Helen Delores Guy; his son, Robert Scott Guy; his parents; and his son-in-law, Kenneth Wayne Jones.

Wallace is survived by his daughter, Tracy Jones; grandchildren, James Wallace Jones, Joshua Wayne Jones; great-grandchild, Zyana Helen Kim Jones; his sister, Shirley Conroy; and a host of additional family members and friends to cherish his memory.
