William “PeeWee” Julius Koster, III, 60, of Johns Island entered into eternal rest on August 14, 2014.PeeWee was born on August 6, 1954 to William J. Koster, Jr. and Mary Ruth Koster in Charleston, SC. He worked for over 30 years as an electrician for Transworld Electrical. He was a member of the Gamecock Club and The Loyal Order of Moose. He is survived by sister, Debra Lilienthal (Ernest). In addition to his parents, William was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Koster.
