Alice will never be forgotten as she is responsible for getting me started in my painting.  We were in the writing class together at Joslyn center in. Burbank. She told me your poems are so good you should be a good artist. I told her I could not draw a strait line.  The next week she brought me a sketch book and told me to look at something and draw it. Dear Alice. Such a good, warm, sweet and caring lady.  Just today we learned with sadness of her passing.  We will remember Alice fondly in our neighborhood always, as she rests in peace forever now in Heaven.
