Arthur George Carter, age 90, of Northridge, California passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 12, 2022. Arthur was born in England to Nell McCarthy and Henry Carter.

Arthur is survived by his son Peter Carter.

Arthur was preceded in death by his father Henry Carter and his mother Nell McCarthy.
