10 years. I love you mom and think about you everyday. I have a spoon and every morning I stir my coffee and feel the engraving and I feel bitter sweet. 

To my beloved grandmother. I love you and miss you dearly. I am so grateful to you for taking care of me and my siblings, for teaching us, loving us, and always being there when we needed you. I didn't know then, but I took for granted the thought of you always being there and I wish I would of paid more attention to your health. All I can say is you will forever be in my heart and in my memories, Love you grandma.

The passing of my dear great aunt Carmen has taught me that life is not just about taking care of ourselves and fulfilling our selfish personal needs. It is also about caring for those that you love, and nurturing that love throughout our lives. Ultimately, when faced with your own death, no wealth or title can save you. It will be your loved ones that will be at your side in your final moments.

I'm glad I got to meet you Carmen, from what I heard you had a big heart! To the Family, you have my sympathy and remember Carmen's love for you all.
