Cheryl Jean Garcia, age 79, of West Hills, California, passed away on Tuesday, May 27, 2025. Born in Colorado, Cheryl dedicated 40 years of her career as a state permit administrator, known for her professionalism and commitment. She is survived by her sister, Christine, who cherishes her memory.
