I was so sorry to hear of constance passing. I remember when I was just a teenager coming to visit from Arizona. She had such cute little gifts in my room because "that's what we do in England ". The photo tribute is beautiful! Gary I really had no idea how much you look like your father,  but your mum was beautiful inside and out.

Mrs.White was an elegant and kind lady and always made me feel welcome.

I think back about all the good times our families have had over the years. Uncle Bud & Aunt Charlotte, my Mom & Dad and your Mom & Dad out at June and Carps in Hawthorne... I was really saddened when I heard about Aunt Connie. She was a sweet woman, I always remember her smiling. My thoughts and love are with you both.

From our very first day as neighbors of Constance we felt especially blessed to have found a home right next to such a kindhearted and generous soul. She sprinkled our days with her warmth and wit, and offered up sharp bits of wisdom born in the British Isles and gifted to America.  And of course, she was a grateful soul, especially grateful and proud of "her boys", Gary and Craig. Shine on, Constance, and forget us not!

Constance was a very special woman. She was kind, thoughtful and and a lovely lady. She always treated me like a part of the family. I most fondly remember having tea and great conversations with her during my visits to your house. We are deeply saddened with the loss of Constance. Wishing you peace, time for calm reflection and time to rest during this sad time.

I was privileged to have Constance as a friend.  She was a good friend to many and had a way to make us all feel so special.  She made you feel as if we'd known each other for years as she shared freely and honestly.  She was great fun and I will miss her greatly.   She loved her sons, family, neighbors and friends.  And of course England!

My thoughts are with you Gary and Craig, your mother was my favorite of all my friends mothers. After my parents had died she had always treated me as one of her own. Even since you and I lost contact I always tried to stop by and vist everytime I came through town to open arms and love. She will be greatly missed.

My "Auntie" Connie lived with us when I was born in WW2 and afterwards.She was fun and loving and I remember her more as a friend.In later years I visited her,Ted and the boys twice and they visited us in Victoria, BC. In more recent years I loved talking to her on the phone about family and listening to that Norfolk accent. She was such fun that we would natter away for an hour and end up roaring with laughter. When my mother ( Connie's cousin and friend) died in England Connie asked me to say at the service that she would see her on the rainbow bridge. The time has come and one day I will see you there too, Auntie Connie. I can tell that your son,Gary, has inherited your caring, comforting ways.My heart goes out to you Gary and Craig and Cindy I hope I might meet you some day.

Constance was my very best friend and neighbor, and she was a very special lady. She and I had so many laughs together, and shared many confidences, knowing they would go no further. We went on many shopping trips together, and the special one involved, was to buy a pair of good walking shoes. This began in the early 1990's, after I had retired, and was walking most mornings. Constance decided it would be good for her to walk also, but had no proper shoes.. We'd go to many shops looking at shoes, but none ever "jumped out' for her. This went on a few times each year, but nothing ever "jumped out at her", so we never did go walking together. However, we did enjoy those shopping trips. 
I miss our times of chatting on the phone, which we did quite often during the week. Her life revolved around her boys, and she loved them both dearly. Craig and Gary, I know how hard it is to lose your Mother, but always honor her by doing the very best that you can. God Bless you both.

Connie was always so special to me and always treated me as family. I loved her like a second mother and have so many fond memories of her as Gary has been my best friend for 30 years and I spent many holidays with them and Craig. She got such a kick out of myself and Gary and Craig carrying on especially at Christmas time at her house. We would all laugh histerically  at each other's antics! Constance was an open book when it came to conversations and could speak about most any topic. Of course Gary , Craig and I would make her laugh histerically  with some of our topics! I could go on and on about how special she was but the one thing that stands out the most to me was how much she loved her boys. She left a spirit behind that's very comforting to me and I now to them also and we will always feel it everytime we think of her. She's in Heaven now and cheering for us all having her afternoon tea. Miss and love you Constance. Eric.
