A successful real estate entrepreneur for over 40 years, Fernando was known for his integrity, tireless work ethic, and sharp business sense. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Fernando found great joy in dance—especially the tango, a beautiful reminder of his Argentine heritage.
Fernando is survived by his beloved wife, Marta Racedo, with whom he shared many years of love and companionship.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Pierce Brothers Valhalla, 10621 Victory Blvd, North Hollywood, CA 91606.
Fernando will be remembered for his warmth, resilience, and the grace with which he lived his life. He will be dearly missed.
