Ghattas is survived by his spouse, Nadia Ghattas Jabali; son Tarek Hillo of Sun Valley, California.
Ghattas was preceded in death by father Ibrahim Odatala Hillo and mother Eida Nassar Haddad.
A funeral service for Ghattas was held Wednesday, October 7, 2020 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Saint Ann Melkite Greek Catholic Church, 11211 Moorpark Street, North Hollywood, CA 91602. A graveside service was on Wednesday, October 7, 2020 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Pierce Brothers Valhalla, 10621 Victory Blvd, North Hollywood, CA 91606.
