Lourdes was also fondly called Lou, Mama Lou, Daisy, Dessy, Honey or Inday. Her
younger days were summers spent in Tuao, Cagayan or watching the whole
day whenever her idol Pancho Magalona had a movie.
Lou was predeceased by her parents Dominador and Natividad, brothers
Dominador Jr and Emigdio (Bing).
In 1988, Lou together with husband George, sons Gin and Ian immigrated to
California and gained more friends and family. She spent leisure hours doing crossword
puzzles and note that no one in the family could beat her. She binged watch
her TFC and GMA soap operas. Lou enjoyed visiting her grandchildren in
Arizona, happy to have her eldest son, Jigs arrive in March of 2017 and was
looking forward to the arrival of daughter in law Vianca and grandson
Jayden who were supposed to arrive this year.
Lou leaves to cherish her memories: her husband George, sons: George
Raymund Jr (Jigs) & Vianca, George David III (Gin) & Geraldine (Gerrie) and
Christian Benedict (Ian); Grandchildren: Trisha Maria Christine (Trish), Jan
Irvin (Jiji), TJ Louie (TJ), Jayden Peter, step-granddaughter Vanessa Ann
Tamara (Tara); siblings Rebecca & Cliff Smith(+) and son Barry Shaun, Marites & Marlon Jefferson and son Jed Michael; sister-in-law Nory and daughter Tina; nephews & nieces Eric, Gary, Jelly, James, Jaimie, PJ, Juselle and a host of other family members and friends.
A funeral viewing is scheduled on Sunday, January 17, 2021 at 5-7pm.
Funeral service and Live Streaming on Monday, 18 January 2021 at 10-11am.
Gravesite services to follow. This will take place at Pierce Brothers Valhalla
Funeral and Mortuary, 10621 Victory Blvd., North Hollywood, CA 91606.
