Magnolia is survived by their spouse, Irving Rios; son Irving Manolo Rios of California; son Jesus Rios of California; and son Kevin Rios of California.
Magnolia was preceded in death by father Rodolfo Garcia and mother Felipa Dolores Monterroso.
A visitation for Magnolia will be held Thursday, July 22, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Pierce Brothers Valhalla, 10621 Victory Blvd, North Hollywood, CA 91606. A funeral service will occur Friday, July 23, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, 10621 Victory Blvd, North Hollywood, CA 91606. A graveside service will occur Friday, July 23, 2021 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM, 10621 Victory Blvd, North Hollywood, CA 91606.
