Rafael De Los Santos, age 78, of Van Nuys, California passed away on Friday, July 2, 2021. Rafael was born October 24, 1942 in Zacatecas, Mexico.

A funeral service for Rafael will be held Thursday, July 29, 2021 from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Pierce Brothers Valhalla Chapel, 10621 Victory Blvd, North Hollywood, CA 91606. Following the funeral service will be a graveside service at 12:00 PM at San Fernando Mission Cemetery, 11160 Stranwood Ave., Mission Hills, CA 91345.
