Richard was my best friend in grade school at P.S. 40 on Staten Island.  I am so sad to learn of his passing. I would enjoy hearing from a family member about his life.

It was an honor and a joy to know Rick since the 1970's.  We worked at St. Joseph Medical Center together and at one time he was my boss.  One couldn't have asked for a better person to work for and with.  Rick married my good, good friend Sheila (who also worked at St. Joseph's), and I was fortunate enough to be the maid of honor at their wedding.  I spent a lot of time at their home over the years, and we always had a lot of laughs and good times.  Rick turned me into an "old movie" buff and we'd watch them on TV together.  My heart goes out to Sheila, Shareece, Christina and Billy.  I know Rick is resting in peace.
