Lovely Sue, as we used to call her, was the life of our neighborhood. She radiated kindness, tolerance and love. It hurts to go out on Sycamore and not hear her voice, see her and chat with her.
To her son Ryan and to her family we give our deepest condolences and wish them peace and solace . May her soul Rest In Peace.

I don't even know where to begin. Susan was many things to me. She was a second mother when my mom was so far away, she was also one of my very best friends and my baby's grandmother. I've known her since I was 19 years old and I can truly say I wouldn't be the woman I am today without her pep talks, encouragement and love in my life. I spent many nights in her magical backyard sharing bubbles (champagne) laughing, crying and just sharing our lives with each other. I don't know what I will do without her in my life. I'm very blessed to have known her and to have been loved by her. She was a beautiful, loving, kind, strong woman, who will be greatly missed by all that she has touched.

Susan and I were friends for approximately 30 years while we were co-workers at Richards, Watson & Gershon. Like her neighbors, who have shared such lovely memories, I will always remember Susan's kindness, thoughtfulness and generosity to others. At the firm, she would take new attorneys under her wing and teach them how to be successful. She was the heart and soul of the firm for the many years when she served as the recruiting director.
My husband Greg and I would like to express our deepest condolences to her family, who she loved so much. You are in our prayers.

Susan was one of our most spirited neighbors. She decorated her trees with lovely, shiny balls and proudly displayed our flag on special days.
Each day she walked her handsome dog, a dog that you knew got extra special care.
And she always had a smile and friendly wave for you when you passed by her house. We will miss all her beautiful contributions to our neighborhood, and we’ll especially miss her perky, pretty, energetic personality.
Our thoughts and prayers are with her family.

Dear sweet Susan was the unofficial greeter of the neighborhood. When we moved here to Sycamore Ave., she and her lovely dog Honey were the first to say hi to us. She instantly made us feel welcomed. On so many days I would go outside and see Susan and Honey and we would have one of our wonderful chats. They would be about this and that. We would always have something to laugh about.
Susan was especially sweet to my young daughter Quincey. Always incredibly generous. One time she gave us a bell right off her front door because Quincey had shown an interest in it. That's who she was, so generous. With her time to talk, with her wanting to do for others. She was just so kind. That's why you instantly loved Susan. Her spirit was like no other.
We miss you dearly Susan. Your love for us was equaled with the love we had for you. Please rest in peace. We will never forget you.
To her dear family, we offer our deepest condolences.
Love, Brian, Lorien & Quincey McKenna

Susan was the first person to speak to me when we moved on Sycamore Ave 9 years ago. She had these beautiful decorations hanging on the tree outside of her home and I knew I wanted to meet whoever lived in that house. I was very fortunate that it was Susan. She always had a good story to tell and was always ready to listen to one. If we weren't commiserating in front of her house, we were in front of mine. She loved her family very much. She was kind and generous and is missed so very much.
Our prayers and condolences to her family.
