Angela “Eliante” Rejouis-Edouard was born to the late Odelie Desvarieux and Orival Rejouis on November 20, 1934 in Petite Riviere de Nippes-Miragoane, Haiti. She immigrated to the United States over 50 years ago.
Eliante was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and spending time with her family. She was known for her dancing hazel eyes and beautiful smile. She transitioned on September 13, 2020 with her daughter Barbara and Natasha by her side. Eliante is predeceased by her loving husband Louis Edouard who passed away on Sept 13, 2003; honoring one last anniversary of their eternal love. She is also predeceased by her brother Auguste Rejouis and sister Celina Pierre-Louis.
Eliante is survived by her younger sister Angel; her children Elata, Yves-Marie, Barbara, Natasha; her grandchildren Eliane, Sandra, Brunel, Jean-Marc, Benediht, Viviane, Evenson, Dary, Vanessa, Regine, Djenika, Carly Jr. (C.J.) and Caleb.
She will be deeply missed by her loving family and friends.
