Beverly K. Diamond, 71, died Wednesday October 5th. A resident of Lauderdale by the Sea she is survived by her significant other David Miller, her son and daughter in law Lee B. and Jennifer Diamond, Cumming Georgia and daughter Barbie M. Zide, Margate, six grandchildren and one great grandchild. A graduate of Brooklyn College she and her late husband Steven Diamond moved to Florida in the mid-70's. Beverly retired from the Broward County School System after a thirty year career. Beverly loved the beach, was a traveler at heart and always looked forward to family gatherings, road trips, and cruises regardless of destination. She will be missed by all. A service is scheduled for 1:45 pm Sunday at the Star of David Cemetery and Funeral Chapel 7701 Bailey Road, North Lauderdale. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Sun Sentinel Children's Fund or Hospice by the Sea, Boca Raton, FL
