Blanca Estela Newman, age 79, of Lakeland, with a shared residence in Port St. Lucie, Florida went to be with her Heavenly Father on Wednesday, February 22, 2023.
Blanca was certified as Surgical Healthcare Coordinator, who worked with MCCI Medical Group for more than two decades. She made many friends over the course of her career, most of which she stayed in contact with after her retirement. Prior and for many years Blanca specialized in creating beautiful wedding and glamorous dresses as a seamstress who gave her special artistic design and touch just like her mother. Although she was retired she always appeared as an angel. Holding others’ hands through difficult times in prayer and celebrating her family and friends heartfelt accomplishments. She loved making tamales over the holidays, but most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren and seeing them smile. If you had her as a Facebook friend, you may remember her always trying to light up someone’s day. Whether it was sending a direct motivational quote or reposting “Goodnight, Sweet Dreams and Amen.” She always wanted everyone to feel God’s love. and even if you did not ask, she always believed everyone deserved a prayer.
Blanca was a devoted mother, sister, aunt ("Tia"), great-auntie, and her favorite “Yeya” to her much-loved grandchildren.
