Bruce Martin Levine, 79, passed away peacefully on July 2, 2026. Beloved father to Jonathan, Matthew, and Sara, husband to Sue, partner to Francoise, brother to Nancy, father-in-law to Melissa, brother-in-law to Jan, Pop-Pop to Spencer, Sofia, Scout, Mayim, Elodie, Five, Salomé, and Alma. Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Bruce spent his entire life taking care of his family. Their wellbeing was his lifelong priority, even to the very end. Bruce was a kind, intelligent, funny, warm, and compassionate man who left an indelible mark on everyone he touched. His wit and charm will be forever missed. He lives on in the hearts of his children, grandchildren, siblings, and friends. Services for Bruce will be held at the Star of David Memorial Gardens Cemetery & Funeral Chapel in North Lauderdale on Friday, July 10th, 2026 at 10:30am. It will immediately be followed by his interment at Evergreen Cemetery in Fort Lauderdale where he will be laid to rest beside his wife of 36 years, Sue.
